How Drill and Fill Insulation Works.

Drill and fill insulation is designed for existing finished walls. Small access holes are created and dense-pack insulation is blown into empty wall cavities to improve thermal performance without removing drywall.

This process is ideal for older homes built before modern insulation standards. It helps reduce drafts, improve comfort, and lower heating costs while keeping renovations minimal.

Can you insulate walls without removing drywall?

Yes we can. we cut holes to allow access then using a reduced hose we are able to dense pack the insulation behind the wall saving thousands compared to removing and replacing all the existing drywall.

Is Drill & Fill messy?

This can be a dusty process, it is less mess then having removed all the drywall but to insure proper coverage and density there will always be a little blow back especially when finishing the holes.
